Found Here has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:
Found Here actively monitors for and removes any such content. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately and permanently terminated without prior notice. We will report identified CSAE material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities in compliance with applicable laws, including U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. §§ 2251–2260) and other applicable child safety regulations worldwide.
If you encounter any behavior that violates this policy, please report it using the reporting features within the Found Here app or by contacting our support team. All reports are reviewed and handled confidentially.
To report child safety concerns specifically, please contact our dedicated child safety team at info@foundhere.app or use the in-app reporting feature. Reports involving child safety are treated with the highest priority and may be forwarded to law enforcement and NCMEC.
We take violations of this policy seriously. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take the following actions:
Violations involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) will result in immediate account termination and reporting to NCMEC and applicable law enforcement agencies without exception.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Found Here after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
